GRAY, GA
Join Sincerity Lodge 430 for one of Jones County’s favorite holiday traditions, the Gray Christmas Parade!
Businesses, organizations, schools, churches, families, and community groups are invited to help us fill Gray with lights, floats, music, and Christmas cheer.
This year’s theme is Disco Winter Wonderland, so break out the lights, sparkle, and Christmas creativity and help us make this year’s parade one to remember.

2026 THEME
PARADE DAY
4:00 PM — CHECK-IN & LINEUP BEGINS
Stop by the registration tent when you arrive and let us know you’re here. Event staff will direct you to your designated staging area.
5:45 PM — JUDGING BEGINS
Entries that have elected to participate in judging should be completely ready for judging by this time.
6:30 PM — ALL ENTRIES READY
All parade participants should be in position and ready to go.
7:00 PM — PARADE BEGINS

DECORATED VEHICLE, FLOAT & TRAILER
Decorated vehicles, floats, and trailers are welcome and may include walkers.
ATV, UTV & MOTORCYCLE
Bring some Christmas spirit to your ride and join the parade.
WALKING GROUPS
Perfect for bands, clubs, schools, organizations, churches, and community groups.
WALKING GROUPS
Animal entries are welcome. If your entry includes animals, please have someone available to clean up after them along the parade route.
ARRIVAL & STAGING
VEHICLES & FLOATS
A portion of the Ingles parking lot will be designated for parade participants.
Please enter the parking lot from Highway 22 near the gas pumps or from Bill Conn Parkway and proceed around behind Ingles.
Event staff will be available to direct you to your designated staging area.
WALKING PARTICIPANTS
Walking participants, including bands and ROTC groups, will stage behind Magnolia Bank.
HORSES
Participants with horses will stage in the grass area on the right side of Ingles.
WHERE TO GO
PLEASE REMEBER
Do not block customer traffic in front of Ingles.
Please do not park behind Ingles or block access to the loading dock. Vehicles blocking delivery access may be towed.
Only the vehicle participating in the parade is permitted in the staging area after 4:00 PM.
Please review these important parade guidelines before arriving:
✓ Please DO NOT include a live Santa in your entry.
✓ Only participating parade vehicles are permitted in the staging area after 4:00 PM.
✓ Please follow the directions of parade officials and law enforcement at all times.
✓ Keep your staging area clean. Trash bags will be available at the registration tent if needed.
✓ If returning to Ingles after completing the parade route, please use Bill Conn Parkway.
✓ If you disassemble your float at Ingles, please clean your area before leaving.
✓ When distributing candy, please have walkers hand candy directly to spectators.
✓ DO NOT throw candy from vehicles or floats. This is for the safety of children and other spectators along the parade route.
✓ No weapons or dangerous items should be visible from parade floats, vehicles, or participants before or during the parade. This includes, but is not limited to, knives, machetes, swords, guns, chainsaws, and fireworks.
✓ Please do not use horns or sirens during the parade.
✓ Be courteous throughout the procession and maintain a safe “parade pace.”
✓ Please be patient with entries that may slow down briefly to perform or entertain, while also avoiding large gaps in the parade.
✓ When making the turn near Trinabell’s Diner, do not stop in the roadway to unload or disassemble your vehicle or float. Please pull safely off the road.

The safety of our participants and spectators comes first. Sincerity Lodge 430 reserves the right to reject or disqualify unsafe or inappropriate entries.
